Rule 41
Choosing candidates
(1) According to rule 40, the election officer according to rule 13 shall inform the concerned party of the number of seats to be obtained and the number of seats to be obtained and the candidates from the inclusive groups to be represented. According to sub-section (6) of the list of candidates from among the candidates whose names are included in the final closed list of candidates, as per sub-rule (1) the name of the candidate should be selected and submitted to the commission to represent the inclusive group. It is not possible to choose the name of the candidate who is in the lower order without choosing the name of the candidate who is in the upper order of the inclusive group. (4) According to this rule, when the party selects and sends the candidate, it should be sent in such a way that the person with disabilities is also represented as much as possible.
